By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Moldova and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI.
You retain all rights of ownership over any content, data, scripts, audio files, or other materials that you create, upload, or process using the Service ("User Generated Content" or "UGC").
By creating or submitting UGC on or through the Service, you grant Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the UGC solely for the purposes of operating, providing, maintaining, developing, and improving the Service. All prices for the Service are listed on our pricing page and may be changed with prior notice to you.
Payments are due according to your chosen plan. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to debit your chosen payment method for all amounts due. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Paynet, and MIA.
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Lorvis provides digital assets (AI Credits) that are delivered and consumed instantly. Due to the nature of these digital goods, no refunds are issued once credits have been consumed. For full details on unused credit refunds, subscription cancellation, and chargeback procedures, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and you are responsible for paying all sales, use, VAT, or other taxes, duties, and customs duties, if any, imposed by any governmental entity in connection with your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.
Neither Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI nor any person associated with Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, neither Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI nor anyone associated with Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI represents or warrants that the Service, its content, or any services or items obtained through the Service will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the Service or any services or items obtained through the Service will otherwise meet your needs or expectations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VASILIU ȘTEFAN-ALEXANDRU AI, NOR HIS CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN ANY CASE, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VASILIU ȘTEFAN-ALEXANDRU AI TOWARD YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO LORVIS IN THE THREE (3) CALENDAR MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR EUR 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS CAP REFLECTS AN AGREED ALLOCATION OF RISK AND IS AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI and his licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the courts located in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
