This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases and subscriptions made on lorvis.md, operated by Vasiliu Ștefan-Alexandru AI, an Independent Entrepreneur (Antreprenor Independent) registered at str. Arborilor 7/3A, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova (IDNO: 1026023030317).
Lorvis provides AI Credits — a digital consumable product delivered instantly upon purchase and consumed during AI-powered interactions (voice agent calls, LLM completions, TTS/STT usage). Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
All purchases of AI Credits are final and non-refundable once any portion of the purchased credits has been consumed (i.e., used to generate AI responses, voice outputs, speech transcriptions, or any other platform feature). By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital asset and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived from that moment.
If you have purchased a credit top-up and have not consumed any credits, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date by contacting support@lorvis.md. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to identity verification.
You may cancel your active subscription at any time by navigating to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by sending a cancellation request to support@lorvis.md. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service and any remaining credit balance until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at support@lorvis.md so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated services.
