Lorvis takes user privacy seriously. If you would like us to delete the data we hold about you — including any data collected through Facebook or Instagram Page integrations (Messenger conversations, Page identifiers, message content processed by your chatbot) — please follow the instructions below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@lorvis.md with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address associated with your Lorvis account, and — if the request relates to a Facebook or Instagram integration — your Facebook Page ID or Instagram account handle.
- We will verify the request, delete the associated data from our production systems, and confirm completion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and authentication records
- Agents, chatbot configurations, and connected channel credentials
- Conversation history and message logs
- Knowledge base documents and embeddings you uploaded
- Usage and billing logs (retained only as required by law)
You can also disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account at any time from your dashboard under Channels, which immediately revokes our access token and stops further data collection from that channel.
